Castle Toys is a family owned Calgary company.  We have supplied children’s Christmas party gifts since 1983.   That’s 27 years!!!!!

Castle Toys’ Children’s Christmas Party gift program is designed to achieve 3 goals:

Recognize and thank our corporate customers through our Christmas Club

  1. Gifts: Castle Toys supplies a selection of gifts so that, “Every child gets exactly what they didn’t even know they wanted”. Our extensive collection of internationally recognized brand names meet three criteria:
    1. Will the child and the parents have fun with the toy?
    2. Will the toy break?
    3. Will the toy enhance the corporate image of the company giving the gift?
  2. Service: Our goal is to make the gift giving as easy as possible for party organizers.  Here’s how it works:

What Does the Party Organizer Do?

Step #1: Decide you want Castle Toys to supply your party gifts.

Step #2: Tell Castle Toys the average amount you want to spend per child.  THEN:

    1. Castle Toys will professionally select the gifts.  Demographics are required 3 weeks prior to your party date.  OR
    2. You select the gifts at a viewing appointment that is booked in May.  Demographics are required by Nov. 10.

Step #3: Tell Castle Toys your party date.

Step #4: Supply Castle Toys with your demographics 3 weeks prior to your party or by Nov. 10.  We do no want, or need, your demographics in the spring or summer!

Step #5: If you have late additions to your guest list, email or fax them to us.  We will provide gifts up to the day of your party if need be.

What Does Castle Toys Do?

Step #1: Prepare a professional gift selection.  If you are selecting the gift, meet with you in May and help you in the gift selection process.

Step #2: Invoice you for a deposit.

Step #3: Upon receipt of your demographics, process and ship your order.  All gifts come in a Christmas cloth gift bag (the environment!) with an age/gender label or a name/age/gender label.

Step #4: Send you an invoice for final payment.

  1. Thank-you: Party organizers and employees are enrolled in our Christmas Club.  Party organizers receive a 20% discount off personal purchases and employees receive a 10%discount.
